Zach Jones

Zach Jones has a robust work experience spanning various industries. Zach is the Founder of 10x Recruiting, a company that focuses on training and placing top-tier recruiters. Zach is also the Founder & Talent Director of Phenom Labs, a specialized search and talent strategy consultancy. Zach has a background in the cannabis industry, serving as an Advisor at Lifted Talent and as a member of the HR and Retail Committees at the National Cannabis Industry Association. Prior to these roles, Zach worked as a Senior Consultant at Huxley Associates and as a Corps Member at Teach for America. Zach was also the President of the Pennsylvania State University Chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Zach Jones earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, History, and Education Policy from Penn State University, where they attended from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Talent Optimization Leadership and Talent Optimization Consulting from The Predictive Index in 2021.
