Andrea Couto

Andrea Couto is a seasoned professional in revenue enablement and solutions engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Global Revenue Enablement Program Manager at Phenom since May 2024, Andrea previously held the position of VP, Solutions Engineering & Sales Enablement at Betterworks, where contributed as a key thought leader on the Sales and Marketing leadership team to enhance GTM strategies. Prior to Betterworks, Andrea served as Sr Director, Solutions Consulting at UKG, where established and developed presales operations in North America, creating critical resources and tools for sales effectiveness. Andrea began the career at PeopleFluent and progressed over several roles at SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, ultimately managing a team of pre-sales consultants to drive revenue generation. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business (Marketing) from the University of North Texas.
