Justin Jackson

Justin Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Currently, in their role as the Director, Global Accounts at Phenom, they focus on building AI-powered solutions to improve talent acquisition and management efforts. Prior to this, they worked as a Product & Sales Management Consultant at Lykos Talent and as a Vice President, Business Development at Cangrade, where they utilized AI to enhance talent management. Justin also has substantial experience working at CareerBuilder, where they held roles such as National Account Executive, Sales Director, and Managing Director, contributing to the growth of the company's commercial services division. Additionally, Justin has a background in performing arts, having been a member of The Playground Theater and serving as the Artistic Director for College Comedy Championships at the Chicago Improv Festival.

Justin Jackson obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. Justin also completed a conservatory program in Theatre/Theater at Second City Conservatory. In addition to their degrees, Justin obtained a certification in "Moneyball - Prepare - Actively Managing Sales Processes" from Kelley Executive Partners - Indiana University Kelley School of Business in 2014.
