Neli Bistrichka

Neli Bistrichka Mesyova has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Director Core Services- International Business at Phenom. Previously, they served as the Director Elevated Experience in the One Global Delivery (OGD) department at the same company, where they ensured smooth and on-time delivery and maintained customer satisfaction. Neli also held the position of Director Client Services for Benelux & France. Prior to their time at Phenom, Neli worked as an Engagement Manager at Phenom People, where they focused on redefining the talent experience. Before that, they were a Project Manager at Carerix, leading new clients through the implementation of software solutions. Neli also worked as a Project Manager at Harver, specializing in talent management tools. Neli began their career with a Discover Management Traineeship at Vodafone Nederland and later held a role as External Commissioner of The International Consultancy Project at RSM STAR. Neli gained valuable experience during their one-year internship at TomTom as a Corporate Communications Intern, where they successfully led various projects.

Neli Bistrichka (Mesyova) has a strong educational background. Neli completed their Master's degree in Strategic Management at RSM Erasmus Universiteit / Rotterdam School of Management in 2012, graduating Cum Laude. Before that, they obtained a Premaster's degree in International Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2011.
