Paul Liang has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Paul currently holds the position of Global Practice Lead, Technical Recruiting at Phenom, a company that focuses on AI-powered talent experiences. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Senior Talent Advisor at Scotiabank from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Canadian Tire Corporation and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at The Home Depot Canada. Paul also has experience as a Sr. Recruiter at Software International, a recruitment firm specializing in IT placements.

Paul Liang holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours from York University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in subjects such as Employee Experience, Human Resources, Strategic Workforce Planning, Strategic Agility, Corporate Financial Statement Analysis, HR and Digital Transformation, Data Analytics for Business Professionals, and Learning Data Science. Paul also holds certifications as a Phenom Certified Power User and a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment.
