Rob Cummons

Rob Cummons has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Rob started their career in 1992 as an IT Manager/Project Manager at Sears, Roebuck and Co. In 1999, they joined Bank of America as Assistant VP, Credit Systems, where they successfully managed the transition and consolidation of staff resources and technical applications during a merger. Rob then worked at GSI Commerce as the Director of Project Delivery from 2005 to 2010. Rob joined Radial Inc. in 2012 and held multiple positions, including Director of Project Management and Director of Project Management Office. In 2018, they joined CGI as a Sr. Program Manager before joining Phenom in 2019. At Phenom, they held the roles of Director of Implementation Services and currently serves as the Sr. Director Global Delivery.

Rob Cummons obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy University between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Temple University and studied Communications. Additionally, Rob has obtained certifications as a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer from CrossFit, LLC in February 2022, and as a Phenom People Certified Power User from Phenom People in September 2019.
