Sarah Introvatolo

Sarah Introvatolo has a strong background in customer success and account management. Sarah started their career at Vector Marketing as a Sales Representative in 2008 and worked their way up to become a Campus Recruiting Manager and Assistant Region Administrative Manager. In 2016, they joined HealthFirst, Inc. as a Benefits Advisor, where they helped clients manage their medical benefit costs and improve member experiences. Since 2017, Sarah has been working at Phenom, where they have held various roles including Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Team Lead, Director Customer Success, and currently serves as the Director of Global Account Management.

Sarah Introvatolo attended Saint Mary's College from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance, General and Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Phenom People Certified Power User from Phenom People in May 2019 and in Life & Health from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in December 2016.
