Sivanand Akella is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Phenom People. Sivanand has over fifteen years of experience in product development and management, with a focus on incubating new product ideas, designing and building scalable products for startups and large enterprises. Sivanand has an excellent track record in managing projects, developing new product innovations and integrating with enterprise applications. Sivanand also has extensive experience in B2B, B2C & regulatory areas in Online Gaming, media, E-commerce including third party vendor management. Akella is a seasoned and accomplished leader with a propensity for managing entire software development life-cycles, hiring, training, and mentoring engineering resources, responding to demanding customers, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Sivanand Akella is a graduate of Andhra University, where they earned their Bachelor of Engineering degree. Sivanand also holds a degree from Nivedita Kishore Vihar.
