Mahesh Thondawada

Mahesh Thondawada, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and research within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Phenomenex since September 2020, Mahesh has previously held roles such as Senior Research Associate at Hetero, where involvement included protein structural characterization and method validations for therapeutic mAbs and ADCs. At JSS University, Mahesh contributed as a Senior Research Fellow on a project focused on T-Cell induced autoimmune diabetes, while earlier experience as a Senior Executive at Syngene International Limited encompassed analysis of therapeutic proteins under cGMP guidelines. Mahesh holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, complemented by a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in related fields from JSS College of Pharmacy and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, respectively.
