Marco Icardo

Marco Icardo is the current Chief Operating Officer at Phenomenon. Prior to this, they were with Berggruen Holdings and Sleeping Bear Capital as the Chief Operating Officer from October 2011 to October 2020. There, they were responsible for leading strategy, due diligence, and integration of key add-on acquisition targets. Marco has also worked as an accountant at NKSFB from September 2009 to October 2011 and as a summer analyst at Merrill Lynch from June 2007 to August 2007.

Marco Icardo has a Master's degree from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and a Fowler College of Business - Bachelors in Finance from San Diego State University. Marco is certified by the California Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and by the Investment Banking Institute.

Marco Icardo reports to Krishnan Menon, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Kyla Elliott - Executive Creative Director, Martin Heaton - Group Strategy Director, and Mike Allen - Group Strategy Director.
