Svetlana Attestatova

Svetlana Attestatova has over 20 years of work experience in the legal field. Svetlana is currently the Founder and President of Sonsara Group and also serves as the General Counsel for Phenometrix. Prior to these roles, Svetlana worked at Paladin Healthcare as the General Counsel from 2017 to 2023. Svetlana has also held positions at Reed Smith LLP as a Partner specializing in corporate finance from 2010 to 2017, O'Melveny & Myers LLP as Counsel from 2004 to 2010, and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison as a Paralegal from 1999 to 2001. Svetlana has a strong background in debt financing and has represented various financial institutions and companies in a wide range of financing transactions.

Svetlana Attestatova completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University, from 1997 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in law at the University of Washington School of Law, from 2001 to 2004.
