Pamela Weir

Pamela Weir, MBA, Board Director Pamela has over 30 years of pharmaceutical experience across Commercial functions as well as R&D, Operations, Business Development and General Management. Pamela has extensive leadership and launch experience in global & U.S. markets, with primary care, hospital and specialty products across numerous therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Phenomics, Pamela was the President & CEO of Precera Bioscience, which was acquired by Phenomics. Her previous biopharma postings were President & COO for ContraMed and Chief Operating Officer for Medicines360. Pamela’s prior positions were Vice President of Marketing for Altana/Nycomed Pharmaceuticals. She also held commercial leadership positions in Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Rhone Poulenc Rorer (Sanofi) in Europe, Canada and the U.S.
