Samidha Phadtare began their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Specialist at Concentrix. In this role, they were responsible for taking and logging incoming calls and providing efficient customer support for all 1st Line issues relating to Desktops, Laptops, smart devices, console and electronic peripherals which works over internet. Samidha supported over 200 users per week and on average answered 40 IT calls a day.

In 2017, Samidha moved to Capita as a Service Desk Associate. In this role, they were the first point of contact between the end users and the resolving team. Samidha dealt with local system issues and logged calls with the Local IT, as well as managing Active Directory User Accounts.

Most recently, Samidha has been working as a Service Account Manager at Phi Commerce Private Limited since 2018. In this role, they are responsible for resolving customer issues on priority and maintaining good merchant relationships. Samidha also takes their feedbacks/Monthly review calls, follows up for issues, concerns and current processes, and is approachable. Additionally, they monitor day to day transactions and approaches the merchant to increase the transactions.

Samidha Phadtare completed their Bachelor of Commerce from ST MIRA'S COLLEGE FOR GIRLS PUNE in 2015. Prior to this, they completed their HSC from St. Vincent's High School in 2011, and their SSC from Invalid3893408 in 2009. No additional certifications were obtained.
