Blake Burns

Blake Burns is an ambitious finance and real estate student at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2026. Blake's experience includes participation in the Commercial Real Estate Workshop, focusing on high-level financial modeling and market analysis. As a member of Phi Gamma Nu, responsibilities extended to improving professional networking skills and recruitment efforts. Blake has interned with firms such as NSA Storage and Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, where skills in financial analysis, acquisition underwriting, and market trend assessment were developed. Previous roles include project management at Iron Woman Construction and event coordination at Jay's Valet, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.
