Janet Fulgham has been in the Human Resources field for over 30 years. janet began their career in 1987 as the Director of Human Resources for Stormont-Vail Healthcare. In 1998, they moved to Unitog Company as the Director of Associate Relations. In 1999, they were appointed VP of Human Resources for Gear for Sports. In 2015, they took on a new role as Director of Human Resources for US Domestic Operations & Reynosa, Mexico at Hanesbrands Inc. and is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for PHIMED.

Janet Fulgham holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Friends University.
