Dr. Jörg Lipinski

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, currently serves as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022. Prior to this role, JoNataye has accumulated extensive experience as an Education Consultant with The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013 and held the position of Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University from August 2018 to December 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Contributing Professor at Walden University, a Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Tarleton State University, and a Project Manager and Assistant Professor at Ohio Dominican University. Earlier professional roles include Graduate Research Assistant and MSW Social Work Field Liaison at The Ohio State University, a School Social Worker for Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District, and a Clinical Social Work Intern at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. JoNataye earned a PhD in Social Work from The Ohio State University between 2003 and 2010, a Master's degree in Social Work from 1999 to 2001, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies from 1994 to 1999.
