Jimmy Paulakuhn is an accomplished executive in the animal health and nutrition sector, currently serving as the Head of the US Poultry Business at Phibro Animal Health since September 2022. With extensive experience in leadership roles, including Managing Director at Kincannon & Reed Global Executive Search and President & CEO of Iso Robotics, Jimmy has specialized in talent acquisition and innovative solutions for poultry processing operations. Previously, as Vice President at Perstorp Group and Mountaire Farms, Jimmy demonstrated a strong track record in business growth and team development. With a solid foundation from Zoetis and Pfizer, where integration strategies were pivotal, and early career roles at EMBREX, Jimmy has built a reputation for driving success in the animal health industry. Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an Associate's degree in Physical Sciences from Louisburg College.
