Christie has held various positions in companies such as Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants, Shore Club Chicago, and Levy Restaurants. Christie is currently serving as the President of NACE | Greater Chicago Chapter and has a degree in AAS in Ornamental Horticulture from College of DuPage.
