Lauren Durr is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles and industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the Philadelphia Eagles since September 2023, Lauren previously managed the People Team at Insomnia Cookies and held multiple positions at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses, including Regional People and Engagement Partner. Lauren's earlier experience includes a Talent Management Internship at Independence Blue Cross. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Rowan University, awarded in 2016.
