Director Of Health Outreach And Navigation at Philadelphia FIGHT

Lora Magaldi serves as the Director of Health Outreach and Navigation and Viral Hepatitis Department Manager at Philadelphia FIGHT since September 2016. Responsibilities include supervising a diverse team, creating healthcare protocols using Electronic Medical Records, developing educational curricula for healthcare providers, managing data from community health initiatives, and writing grants to support departmental needs. Previously, Lora held the role of Hepatitis C Research Coordinator/Program Manager at Drexel University College of Medicine, overseeing logistical aspects of clinical programs, quality control, and research documentation. Additional experience includes monitoring social service agencies’ parenting education efforts at Public Health Management Corporation, supervising case management teams for clients with various barriers, and conducting intake assessments. Lora holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice/Urban Studies from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Sociology/Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
