Winniferd Bell, MSW has a diverse work experience. Winniferd began their career as an Executive Director at Rock 'n' Roll Camp for Girls Portland from 2006 to 2010. Winniferd then worked as a Human Resources Intern at adidas group in 2012. In 2013, they became a Project TEACH Intern at Philadelphia FIGHT, and later in 2014, they served as an Administrative Intern at Congreso de Latinos Unidos. In 2016, they worked as a Fundraising Manager at Girls Rock Philly before joining Philadelphia FIGHT again in various roles, including Project TEACH Instructor, Peer Support Program Coordinator, Project TEACH Program Director, Director of HIV and Prevention Education, and Director of Education. Winniferd is currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Philadelphia FIGHT since March 2022.
Winniferd Bell obtained a Bachelor's degree in Arts & Letters from Portland State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2011. Winniferd later pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Social Work, from 2013 to 2015.

Philadelphia FIGHT is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing high-quality medical care, including HIV and Hepatitis C primary care, family dentistry, behavioral health services, consumer education, clinical research, and advocacy for individuals and families from all walks of life and at every stage of life. Each year FIGHT reaches over 11,000 individuals with social services and education programs and treats over 7,100 people at our health centers regardless of their ability to pay.
