Valerie Camillo

Valerie Camillo is the current President & CEO, Spectacor Sports & Entertainment, Alternate Governor for the Philadelphia Flyers. Prior to this, they were the Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer for the Washington Nationals from 2014 to 2018. During their time with the Nationals, Valerie was responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of the club's sales and marketing initiatives in order to maximize commercial opportunities and growth of the organization. This included overseeing all functions related to revenue generation for the Nationals, including corporate partnerships, licensing, ticket and suite sales, broadcasting, marketing, brand management, retail, food and beverage, and non-baseball events at Nationals Park.

Before their time with the Nationals, Valerie spent four years with the National Basketball Association as Senior Vice President from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they served as an Account Manager to the Atlanta Hawks, Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Pelicans, and New York Knicks, managing the day-to-day relationship between their assigned teams and the league for all business issues with a focus on revenue generation. Valerie also directed TMBO’s overall support in the areas of Ticketing Sales & Service, Sponsorship, Marketing, Digital, Premium, In-Arena Service, and Strategy & Analytics. In this role, they set the overall direction of TMBO’s content and led a team of 20 in developing workshop content, executing special projects, and delivering day-to-day support to the teams. Valerie Camillo has a BS in Commerce with a focus in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia. Valerie also has an MBA with a focus in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Valerie Camillo reports to Dave Scott, Chairman, CEO & Governor. Cindy Stutman - SVP, Business Operations & Executive Director, Flyers Charities, Sam Ebb - VP, Business Strategy & Analytics, and Mike Shane - EVP, Chief Business Officer report to Valerie Camillo. They work with Janine Gussin - Executive Assistant to Dave Scott, Chuck Fletcher - President, Hockey Operations, General Manager & Alternate Governor.
