Operations Team

The Operations Team at the Philadelphia Flyers ensures the seamless execution of all game-day and event activities, as well as the upkeep of the facility. This includes managing building services, security, ticket operations, guest services, and equipment logistics. Additionally, the team coordinates logistical changes between events, maintains the ice surface, and supports the general manager with operational strategies to enhance both team performance and fan experience.
