Brett Zahorchak

Brett Zahorchak began their work experience as a Law Clerk at Sidney L. Gold & Associates, P.C. in September 2007. Brett then became an Associate at the same company from October 2009 to May 2011. Following that, they joined Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby LLP as an Associate in May 2011. There, they defended employers and managers in various employment claims and provided advice on employment issues. In August 2015, Zahorchak joined Philadelphia Gas Works as a Senior Attorney specializing in employment law. Brett later served as the Assistant General Counsel before taking on their current role as the VP, Legal and Associate General Counsel.

Brett Zahorchak completed their education at Bryn Mawr College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from 2001 to 2005. Later on, they pursued their legal education at Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2006 to 2009.
