•Design, specify, and size industrial high speed gearboxes for new OEM applications.

•Interpret customer order requirements / specifications and apply them to gearbox design.

•Work with application engineering personnel and sales force during the quoting stage and develop specification reviews to ensure design compliance.

•Develop complete bill of materials in addition to create general arrangement drawings, detailed technical drawings and other technical documentation as required to fulfill customer’s requirement and for order release to production.

•Ensure contractual requirements are understood and are reflected on engineering deliverables, to ensure compliance with project specifications.

•Create manufacturing, assembly and test procedures for production team showing detailed manufacturing operations and required inspections.

•Develop project schedule and provide production updates for customers.

•Support Quality Department to qualify vendors and coordinate with project’s inspectors.
