Alyssa Radu

Director Charitable Programs and Operations at Philadelphia Union

Alyssa Radu has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, including sports, non-profit, and marketing. Their most recent role was as the Director of Charitable Programs and Operations at the Philadelphia Union. Prior to that, they owned and operated their own multi-service company called 1MINDSET LLC, which focused on personal and athletic development. Alyssa was also the U.S. Soccer Development Academy Head Coach at the Penn Fusion Soccer Academy, where they worked with elite players and oversaw team development. Alyssa was the Co-Founder and COO of the Jillian Loyden Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping kids facing difficult circumstances. Alyssa has also held positions as the Director of Coaching at Pipeline SC, Head Women's Soccer Coach at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and Coach/Trainer at Freestate Soccer Alliance. Additionally, they worked as an Account Executive at Gameface Marketing LLC and as the Head Women's Soccer Coach at NJIT. Alyssa began their career as a Marketing Director at Global Technology Operations.

Alyssa Radu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in the School of Communications, Journalism, and Library Studies at Rutgers University from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained certifications in video editing from StackSkills, specifically the "Adobe Premiere Pro CC Masterclass: Video Editing" and "Adobe Premiere Pro CC Masterclass: Video Editing Made Easy" in April 2021.
