Lisa Roman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sports broadcasting industry. In 2017, they worked at CBS Sports as a Host, Analyst, and Senior Podcast Producer. During their time at CBS Sports, they hosted and produced the weekly live show "The USWNT Hour," where they covered the United States Women's National Team. Lisa also provided in-depth analysis on the NWSL and the U.S. Women's National Team for CBS Sports HQ weekly segments. Additionally, Lisa served as an analyst and senior podcast producer for the soccer podcast "Attacking Third," where they covered the NWSL, USWNT, and FAWSL.

In 2020, Lisa joined VISTA Worldlink as an NWSL Soccer Analyst and Broadcaster, and in 2023, they became a Broadcast Analyst for the Philadelphia Union. Prior to these roles, they worked at ESPN as a Color Analyst and Sideline Reporter in 2018, the BIG EAST Conference as a Sideline Reporter and Correspondent in 2017, Villanova University as a Broadcaster, Reporter, and Emcee in 2018, The American Digital Network as a Sideline Reporter from 2019 to 2020, The Sports Fan Base Network as a Host and Reporter from 2018 to 2020, Drexel University as a Sideline Reporter and Broadcaster from 2018 to 2020, and the Trenton Thunder as a Team Reporter from 2019 to 2019.

Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated their skills in hosting, producing, reporting, and providing analysis in various soccer-related programs and events.

Lisa Roman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Marquette University, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied at Mount Saint Joseph Academy from 2009 to 2013, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
