Paul Killian

Paul Killian currently serves as the Head of Scouting, Academy & Professional Development at Philadelphia Union since March 2024. Prior to this role, Paul was an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at the University of California, Los Angeles from May 2021 to March 2024, and held various coaching positions at the United States Naval Academy between August 2016 and May 2021, including Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. Additional coaching experience includes time at Baltimore Armour and Stevens Institute of Technology. Paul also has a background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Manager at Associated NYC and as a Marketing and Sales Intern at Bizo. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Technology with a Marketing Concentration from Stevens Institute of Technology and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Management - Healthcare Leadership at the same institution. Paul also studied Advertising at West Virginia University from 2009 to 2011.
