Ryan Cotter

Ryan Cotter currently serves as the Head of Performance at Philadelphia Union, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan accumulated extensive experience in performance and strength and conditioning through various positions, including Head of Performance at Real Salt Lake from January 2018 to January 2024, and multiple roles at New York Red Bulls, University of Maryland, and Northern Arizona University. Ryan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Hope College.
