Willy Topp

Willy Topp is an accomplished soccer coach with extensive experience in youth coaching at various clubs. Currently serving as U13 and U14 head coach at Philadelphia Union since August 2021, Willy has previously held the position of head soccer coach at RCD Espanyol de Barcelona Academy New Jersey, where notable achievements included guiding a team to a 2nd place finish in the EDP Tournament. Previous roles also include head coach positions at C.D. Masnou, Footvia Sports, and the RCD Espanyol Pre-Academy/Academy, where significant focus was placed on player development, recruitment, and performance analysis. Willy's coaching expertise is complemented by a degree in Community Leadership from Neumann University, obtained in March 2023.
