Patrick Clancy

Patrick Clancy has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Patrick has worked as a Special Advisor at the PA Department of Human Services. In 2017, they became the President and CEO of Philadelphia Works, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Workforce Initiatives at Goodwill of Delaware and Delaware County from 2014 to 2015. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the Executive Director of TAACCCT Program at the Community College of Philadelphia. Patrick also served as the Regional Director at Southeast PA Workforce Investment Boards from 2006 to 2012. Patrick's career began in 1993 when they joined the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation as the Vice President, where they oversaw a $10 million program for adults and dislocated workers and managed career counseling and placement services.
