Crystal Bacon

Crystal Bacon has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Crystal is currently serving as the Senior Director of Finance at the Philadelphia Youth Network. Previously, they worked as the Accounting Manager at the Rescue Mission of Trenton for five years. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead Accountant at Learning Ally and was responsible for recording financial development revenue and maintaining pledge receivable schedules. Crystal also served as the Finance Manager at Penndel Mental Health Center and as the Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Healthcare Services Group, Inc.

Crystal Bacon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Science from Drexel University between 2006 and 2009. Crystal then pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Thomas Edison State University in 2017 and 2018.
