Hayward West

Hayward West is the current Director at Philadelphia Youth Network. Hayward has also served as the President of BDPA Philadelphia from January 2010 to December 2011. In this role, Hayward was responsible for delivering value to members, strategic partners, and the community. Hayward was also committed to positive social change and elevating the technology education and awareness of those in the surrounding communities.

Before their role at BDPA Philadelphia, Hayward was the Global Technical Architecture Lead at Deloitte. Hayward also served as Team Lead - Global Application Administration at Deloitte from January 2001 to December 2004. Prior to that, Hayward was the MIS Manager at Omnia Healthcare from December 1995 to May 1999.

Hayward West is a highly experienced IT professional with a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Hayward has a proven track record of success in leadership roles and a passion for helping others learn and grow in the field of information technology.

Hayward West pursued a B.B.A. in Computer Information Science at Fox School of Business at Temple University. Hayward then continued their education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
