Vincent Charmont

Vincent Charmont is a seasoned HR professional with significant experience in human resource information systems (HRIS) and project management. Currently serving as Directeur Adjoint RH at Philharmonie de Paris since March 2020, Vincent previously held the position of Adjoint au DRH at Opera National de Paris from January 2017 to March 2020, overseeing HRIS, payroll, and studies. Prior to that, Vincent was Chef de projets SIRH at Saint-Gobain Distribution Bâtiment France from March 2011 to December 2016, managing projects related to HRIS, time tracking, and training.
