Aleksandra Drabczyk

Aleksandra Drabczyk, an MBA graduate, has extensive experience in finance and operations management, currently serving as Head of Controlling Projects & Process Improvements at Philip Morris International since February 2016. In this role, Aleksandra leads a large FP&A team supporting 40 European markets and drives automation and standardization initiatives. Previous positions at Philip Morris include Global Finance Controlling Project Manager and Cluster Controller for Poland & Baltics, focusing on budgeting, reporting, and finance operations. Additionally, Aleksandra is a Career Coach and Consultant for Career Partners International, contributing to talent management and leadership development. Prior to these roles, Aleksandra held various treasury and financial management positions at Philip Morris International Service Center Europe and Ahold Polska. Academic credentials include an MBA from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University and a Master of Science in International Economic and Political Relations from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie.
