Aviwe Sondlo

Aviwe Sondlo is an experienced program manager currently with Philip Morris International since January 2020, having held various roles including Manager of Planning, Analytics & Reporting, and Manager of Regional Sales for Gauteng. Prior to this, Aviwe served as a Key Account Manager for Procter & Gamble, focusing on the Shoprite Group for Laundry, Respiratory Care & Home Care. With a solid foundation in sales management at Philip Morris from 2013 to 2018, responsibilities included achieving volume targets, negotiating trade deals, training teams, and managing resources. Aviwe's professional journey began in 2012 with positions at LG Electronics and Glomail as a Field Account Manager and Marketing Assistant, respectively. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in BCom Marketing Management from the University of Johannesburg and a current enrollment in a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration at Wits Business School expected to complete in December 2024.
