Consuela Haralambie

Consuela Haralambie is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, people engagement, and internal communications. Currently serving as the Head of People Engagement, DEI and Internal Communications at Philip Morris International since July 2015, Consuela manages the talent lifecycle and addresses developmental needs for the organization.
