Darlene Quashie Henry

Darlene Quashie Henry is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Philip Morris International since January 2021. Prior to this role, Darlene held various positions, including Deputy General Counsel at Elanco and Vice President, Associate General Counsel at Office Depot, where responsibilities encompassed securities, M&A, and corporate governance.
