Karolina Śliwa

Karolina Śliwa has extensive experience in procurement and operations, currently serving as Procurement Operations Lead for People and Culture at Philip Morris International since May 2014. Previous roles at the same company include Senior Procurement Sourcing Executive and various positions focusing on Global Procurement Sourcing in Software/SaaS, Marketing & Sales, and Travel. Prior to this, Karolina worked at Tesco Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Buying Specialist in both Fresh Food and Grocery Departments, and also held an internship in teaching Economics at Ignacy Daszyński’s Economics School Complex. Early career experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Alior Bank S.A. Karolina holds a Master of Science in International Relations with a specialization in International Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a focus on International Economic Relations, both from Cracow University of Economics, where Karolina also completed Pedagogical Postgraduate Studies.
