Milica Jovic

Milica Jovic is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Strategy & Planning for the People & Culture Function at Philip Morris International since September 2019. Prior roles at Philip Morris International include Director and Head of Strategy & Communications for the same function, as well as People & Culture Director for South East Europe. Milica's prior experience includes serving as CHRO and Executive Director of Transformation at Nelt Grupa, and various roles at McKinsey & Company, including Recruiting and Professional Development Manager for Central Europe. Additional experience includes a Special Advisor position at the Ministry of Finance in the Republic of Serbia and early career roles at Christie's and the Zea Harbour Project. Milica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Yale University, obtained in 2008.
