Oggie Kapetanovic currently serves as the President of heat-not-burn/IQOS at Philip Morris International, a position held since August 2024, focusing on transitioning smokers to reduced-risk products. Previously, Oggie was the Vice President of Consumer & Brand Experience Strategy for Smoke-Free Products/IQOS, where efforts were concentrated on converting 40 million smokers to reduced-risk products by 2025. Oggie's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble spanned various senior roles, including Global Brand Director for Head & Shoulders and Associate Brand Director for North and South America, where strategic oversight and brand portfolio development were key responsibilities. Oggie's early career included a range of finance and marketing positions at Procter & Gamble, alongside a professional basketball career. Oggie holds degrees in Economics, Management, and Finance from The Wharton School and has a high school International Baccalaureate diploma from Ashbury College.
