Pedro Campelos

Pedro Campelos has a robust professional background in quality control and statistics, currently serving as the Head of Quality Center of Excellence at Philip Morris International since May 2013. Prior roles at Philip Morris International include Manager of Quality Control Strategy & Process Validation, Project Manager for HTP Technology Transfer, Manager of Advanced Quality Projects, Supervisor of Process Characterization, and Statistician. Previously, Pedro worked at Labesfal-Fresenius Kabi in System Monitoring within the Quality Unit from November 2006 to April 2013, and briefly as a Statistician at Hospital dos Covões, where a sleep pathology risk model was constructed. Early in the career, a trainee position was held at the Portuguese Heart Society. Educational credentials include a degree in Mathematics with a specialization in Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, and Statistics from Universidade de Coimbra, completed in 2005.
