Reza Shahrbabaki

Reza Shahrbabaki is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Philip Morris International since 2019, Reza oversees operations for one of the world's leading tobacco companies. Prior to this role, Reza co-founded and served as Partner at Augens Capital from 2014 to 2019, focusing on private equity investments in the Italian mid-market. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Plan-Be from 2009 to 2019, Reza specialized in value creation for industrial companies. Reza held a Managing Director position at AlixPartners and was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, contributing to major consulting projects. Reza began a career in the automotive sector as Head of Assembly Operations at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Reza's educational background includes a BSC in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from San Jose State University.
