Rob Garretson

Rob Garretson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, strategic programs, and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal Strategic Programs & Operations at Philip Morris International since October 2020, Rob leads legal transformation efforts and ensures alignment with the company's business strategies. Prior to this, Rob held key leadership roles, including Managing Director at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, General Manager of Governance Strategy at United States Steel Corporation, and Senior Director at ACADEMI. With a strong background in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and operations, Rob has also contributed to significant programs in the aerospace and defense sectors while serving in the United States Navy for two decades. Rob's educational qualifications include a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
