Jomar Dela Cruz, DNM, MBA, MAN, RN, currently serves as the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Philippine Christian University since February 2021. Additionally, Jomar holds the position of Associate Dean at UC Davis Health since July 2023 and has experience as a Nurse Manager at Enloe Medical Center and as a Registered Nurse at Centra Health and LewisGale Regional Health System. Prior to these roles, Jomar accumulated extensive experience at St. Luke's Medical Center, where responsibilities included Magnet and Pathway Oversight Manager, Research and Systems Manager, Nurse Unit Manager, and Staff Registered Nurse. Academic qualifications include a Doctor in Nursing Management and a Master of Arts in Nursing Administration from Trinity University of Asia, and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Manila Adventist Medical Center and Colleges.
