Jean Clarisse Carlos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project development and education. Currently serving as a Project Development Officer IV and a Project Evaluation Officer III at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies since June 2020, Jean also holds the position of Senior Lecturer II at Miriam College, where responsibilities include teaching major theories of global affairs, thesis supervision, and public policy analysis since June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant to the Director-General at the Foreign Service Institute from November 2013 to June 2020. Jean holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Meiji University (2017-2019), a Master’s degree in Community Development from the University of the Philippines (2014-2017), and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Miriam College.
