Alan Odelon L.

Alan Odelon L. serves as the Chief Investment Officer and Unit Linked, Investment Strategy and Communications Director at AXA Philippines since June 2021. Previously, Alan held various senior roles at Banco de Oro, Universal Bank, Inc. from 2008 to May 2021, including Head of Securities and Financial Institutions and Investment Compliance and Risk, overseeing counterparties and ensuring compliance with regulations. Alan also has experience managing credit functions, evaluating non-traditional investments, and leading special projects within the Trust and Investments Group. Earlier in his career, Alan worked as a college instructor at Miriam College and in procurement at San Miguel Corporation, focusing on commodities price risk management. Alan holds an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines.
