Racheal Groce

Racheal D. Groce M.Ed-EDL is an accomplished educator and leadership coach with extensive experience in various teaching and administrative roles. Currently serving as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Philip's Academy Charter School, Racheal has initiated programs that foster innovation and leadership among students and staff. Racheal's background includes roles as a Leadership Coach at Braven, Church Worship Manager at SDA Church of the Oranges, and Client Relationship Specialist at Farrel Hutchinson Music, all while effectively managing multiple responsibilities in each position. Racheal's teaching experience spans several grade levels, with a strong focus on implementing data-driven instruction that consistently advances student achievement. Racheal holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Oakwood University.
