Stephanie Bowers

Stephanie Bowers has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Instructional Coach and First Grade Teacher at Philip's Academy Charter School since August 2018. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked at University Heights Charter School for twelve years, where responsibilities included serving as an Instructional Coach, overseeing eight Pre-K classrooms as a Pre-K Master Teacher, and facilitating team meetings as the PLC Lead for both the First Grade and Pre-K Teams. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kean University, earned between 1993 and 1998, and has received training in the Marzano framework to enhance teaching strategies and student learning.
