Dr. Ingmar Graesslin

Dr. Ingmar Graesslin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation. As the CEO and Founder of Tailored AI Services GmbH since June 2024, Dr. Graesslin is spearheading efforts to improve HR innovation and digital transformation through generative AI technologies, focusing on developing SaaS solutions for individuals and small businesses. In addition, Dr. Graesslin has been a Senior Scientist at Philips GmbH Innovative Technologies since October 1996, where responsibilities have included serving as Product Leader and Product Owner for various projects. Dr. Graesslin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Hamburg University of Technology, earned in June 2016, and a Diploma of Education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Computer Science) from the same institution, completed in 1997.
